I’m eating a yogurt everyday!
I slowly went back to having some dairy.
I eat just a little bit of cheese or sour cream if I have any.
I need to start drinking my Vanilla Almond Milk every day again.

I didn’t feel too well last night.
I just felt off.
Don’t know if it was the small amount of yogurt or not.
I do wonder if I’m intolerant or allergic.
Now I don’t want to eat any more to find out.
ugh.

Yogurt!
I had a little bit of yogurt today, just a little bit.
I’ve been off dairy for about 3 months now!
I miss it so much.
I’m going to test it back into my diet & see how that goes…

My SO made me crepes for lunch & used my Vanilla Almond Milk!
They were still good! (Yay!)
I had bananas inside my crepes & on top & with honey!
They were yummy!

We ate at a buffet last night for dinner!
It was definitely more difficult making non-dairy choices, but I did it!
My food was not as good, but it wasn’t so bad.
Maybe a little more plain.
My salad was pretty boring.
And I used to love salad…
It would help if every time I gave up something that I loved that I would actually lose weight though.
My weight just stays about the same but not gaining so that’s good …
But I couldn’t have Bleu cheese dressing, cheese, sour cream, or a mini vanilla ice cream cone. (wah)

I have tried Vanilla Almond Milk in my decaf coffee.
Blech, I didn’t like it at all.
So my search for creamer with no actual milk products is on!
So far I didn’t have any luck…
I love my creamer, can’t have my coffee without it!
Why is it called non-dairy if I’m still not supposed to drink it?

Luckily I was already drinking Vanilla Almond Milk & I like it!
I just hadn’t tried it with cereal yet.
I tried Vanilla Almond milk in my Honey-Nut Cheerios!
I liked it!
So that’s good!
Will see how I feel later though.
Since I don’t know what is bothering me.

I made myself a cheese-less pizza tonight!
With green bell pepper, onion, pepperoni, olive oil & sauce!
I know it sounds awful without the cheese but it wasn’t so bad or maybe it’s because I was starving! (LOL)
I was already thinking about trying it that way!
And I had all the ingredients & after talking to another 43Things friend about it I thought why not try it tonight!
Anyway I’m glad that I tried it!
The pepperoni is still probably not good for me, so I will see how I feel tomorrow!
