become more social

Talked to my Dad this week-end!
He was calling me & leaving me messages.
It was really nice to talk to him!

Talked with my Mom yesterday & today!

Getting all caught up with my family.

Sent some cards out with pictures too!
And sent a package out recently which I hardly ever do!

She happened to be in the neighborhood.
So we had lunch today!

We had a nice time!

No drama!
No arguing!

to call my Mom today, but she didn’t answer.
And her machine didn’t pick up either.

I was hoping that we might get together & hang out for a while.
Maybe this week-end or soon.

I took the time to catch up with family on the phone.
After I missed some phone calls this week.

I returned phone calls!
Spent time catching up with them.

Tomorrow I will try to call my Dad.

I talked with my Mom today for about an hour.
No drama today, thank goodness!

I complimented a woman on her leopard print jacket.
I didn’t over-think it.
I just did it!

Two goals in one I should be proud that I did it too!

Made phone calls over the week-end.
Answered the phone when it rang instead of avoiding phone calls!
Talked to my family on the phone!
Still waiting for someone to return my phone call.

Always working on this!!

I was more social!

I talked a bit more to people I don’t normally talk to very much. But I do try.

It felt easy!
I didn’t over-think it.
I just did it!

Always practicing at this!!

I just talked on the phone for an hour.

I kinda think it counts towards being social!

Still working on this goal!!

Made phone calls to my family today.
One no answer, left a message.
One nice conversation.
Family on the way off to socialize some more.
