Spinning was booked out today so I ran to their music. Ran and walked at an incline for an hour. The last song killed me. I am in a bit of pain now. Going to sleep :D

Have done two runs since I last updated. Both were 30 minutes. The first one was continuelly running for the 30 minutes at a slow pace. The second one I did more intervals as the spinning class was on I could run to their music:)
Second run. I got onto a treadmill in miles instead of km.. I got confused when at 6 I was running pretty damm fast? Then of course the penny dropped.
Anyway I did my “normal” 30 minute stunt. I ran 20 minutes of the thirty. I was exausted.. and ran 2.2miles I think.
I know its bad for someone who considers themselves fit. But I must just keep on trying
This is my first post on this. I have gradually started running slowly, since middle may. Today I walked two minutes ran three minutes for 30 minutes. I know treadmill is easier than the ground. But still for me thats an achievement.
