Okay so I have mastered the quick and easy speggetti bolognaise. I still need to work on it though.
I made brownie cakes but they came out as cakey things and not brownie things.
I made great roast spuds a few days ago
I am cooking chicken a la king today, but using greek yoghurt instead of cream because I am wathcing my weight
I also made courgette lasagne, i cooked it longer than recipe and it was still uncooked. So I left it sitting for a few hours and then it was delicous
1. Make this dish all the time, I just want to make it thicker (Cornflour), add no salt and make the veg not so obvouis.
2. This I do already pretty well- I just want to make it rise more
3. Must rise more and not taste so yeasty
4. Rise more
5. I do roasts pretty darn good, I just want to be able to juggle everything that goes with it and practise the yorkshires. I want to make the potatoes more crispy.
6. This dish is pretty good, and it works with mash & veg as well as couscous. Just want the lambs to be more moist with the crunchy outside.
7. Aaargh need so much help with this dish. It just tastes like cream and beef whenever I make it. It needs some ooomf!
8. I have never tried make the pasta from scratch- so I defiantly want to see how that works out.
9. Never made this before, but want to try it as I never have made eggs stiff before.
10. Same as the beef stroganoff.
11. I am okay at carrot cake- I think I should bake it half oil and half butter with some brown sugar.
12. Hmmm Apple pie, lelon meringue pie, cheesecake, mushroom chicken pie or milktart? Decisions decisions :P
