Everyday I do about 40minutes to an hour of excercise. Today I cycled for 1 and a half hours which is pretty good for me. I was not going hardcore or anything but I felt worked out afterwards. Got two spinning classes a week.
Went to a personal trainer a few days ago got a few new moves to get my butt in shape

I think I am pretty fit=] I walked 18km on thurday and 10km on friday as part of a achievement programme.
I just want to get fitter and look fitter.
I do not think I have nearly reached my potential
I have now got a personal trainer. I am toning up unbelievable. I am so glad. She has got me doing cardio, weights and toning. Before I just did cardio, because I was scared of muscelling up:)I am getting fitter now and thinner:D
Went swimming again today. Swam 60 laps. I am proud of that still. I have only been swimming for about a week and a half seriously. I have not excersiced in eight weeks. I want to pull up my milage to about 120 laps.
Then I will be ready for the alcatraz.
I think after that I think I will try to run. Even though I detest it.

Yesterday I swam 80 laps in 70 minutes. Very slow but it was the first time training that hard.
I cant up my milage for a week as I am going to risk injury. But I want to swim fastewr tommorrow.
Swimming nearly everyday
Walking every so often.
Next I want to try squash and in september I am starting hockey
This goal is moving along nicely:)
