So far, so good.

So far I’ve been working out everyday, with the exception of my rest day. I feel great! I’m glad I got back into the groove. But I won’t consider myself accomplished until I’ve been on this schedule for 6 weeks.



Getting back in the groove...

I’ve worked nearly every day for the past year, until about September…Senior year of undergrad and the pressure is crazy when combined with my 40 hour work week.

I cut out exercising to make time for school, work and relaxation. I’m devoting too much time to relaxation when some it should be for exercising.

It’s starts today!
