Decision Time

The redundancy situation has finally hit and our whole department is now at risk. I have a chance to apply for other roles at the same level so this could be a benefit rather than a problem – even so, I’m not sure whether I want to stay or not. Four weeks to make up my mind…

Self-explanatory

So far, I’ve stayed approx 3 years in each company that I’ve worked for, but now I’m ready for a 5 year stint. Hey – even a 10, 15 year stay if the job works and I enjoy it.

I’m hoping that my current workplace will be this long-term commitment for me.
