Been enjoying the sunny weather this week – lots of walking and relaxing, despite a few crappy days at work. Prioritising holiday prep this week. Also determined to get some quality sleep!

  • Taking meaningful breaks in the office to reduce stress

Another stressful week at work. I’m putting measures in place to reduce pressures and maintain distance from problems, especially as there’s going to be lots of upheaval over the next 5 months. The exercise & diet are going pretty well and I’m trying to stay present more often. Writing still on the backburner. Waiting for the muse to strike!

  • Prioritise calm and positivity every day – take rejuvenating breaks

  • Email S,R,S,L & A
  • Walk 4×1.5 miles

Been a little bit under par this week so have taken it easy. E’s present is arranged, dental work completed & managed to walk regularly (maybe not 1.5 miles though). Finding new & healthy ways to boost protein intake. Hoping for a better week ahead.

Another productive week and also managed to walk every day over the bank holiday, despite the rain. Still haven’t booked the hotels, but determined to get them sorted this week.

Struggling with the writing. I’m not exactly giving up – just waiting for the muse to return. In the meantime, spring-cleaning the house and focusing on health.
