Starting my stretches again tonight. 11 months ago

I have been away for 2 weeks with family. By the time I got back to my hotel late at night, I was exhausted and just wanted to go straight to bed.

So I haven’t done any stretches for 2 whole weeks!

I’ll start doing them daily again tonight.



Stretching makes me feel good! 11 months ago

I noticed last night that after I did my 30 minutes of stretching, I felt really refreshed and rejuvenated. My head was really clear and I felt like I could even breathe better, which is a weird concept seeing as I breathe fine, but it just felt different!

Does anyone else get such a good high after stretching?

It’s fantastic!



I can lay me head on my knee! 12 months ago

My flexibility has increased so much!

But this goal is not complete until I can do the splits. And I’m almost there!!



I am noticing improvement! 12 months ago

I have been stretching every night for a week so far. I can almost get my hands flat when I reach down to the floor with my legs straight. I can lie my head on my knee when I’m doing a side stradle stretch.

I’m going to try and get to doing the splits. Just for fun and something to work towards!

Today I am really noticing improvement in my flexibility, as I strained my ankle and need to keep it elevated, so I have my leg up on my desk while I am working. If it weren’t for the flexibility, this would hurt more than my ankle!
