It’s been six days of fresh juice every day. It is definitely makeing a difference and is fulfilling a craving I didn’t know I had if that makes any sense. I am sure the effects will become more noticeable with time. And the test is to see whether I am still doing it beyond one month.

Getting a glass of juice from my old juicer required so much chopping and dicing that I almost had the juice before I threw everything in the machine. I got a new one yesterday which should be easier leaving me with less excuses and healthier.
