WEEK 1

Not doing too bad, didn’t have a drink for 4 days, ran twice – nearly killed me as its so humid. Went to the gym 3 times, ate healthy, lots of fruit and veg.

Last night friends came up from London and i drank probably about 8 pints and had a kebab – a very dodgy one with extra chilli, today my stomach is killing me.

I think i’ll have a day off today and go for a run tomorrow.



time for action!

i’ve got to do something, over the last 6 months i’ve gone to the dogs. i travel a lot and i’ve found myself doing little exercise, eating lots in lots of restaurant, drinking almost ever night of the week, smoking on and off and taking nicotine lozenges when i’m not, not sleeping enough – all the bad things.

Action steps:

1. i’ve got to run at least 3 times per week not matter what
2. i’ve got to drink more water, at least 20 cups per day
3. i’ve got to get my 5 fruit and veg in
4. i’ve got to have at least 3 nights per week where i don’t drink alcohol
5. i’ve got to cut my food down – less fried food and steak
6. i’m stopping the cigarettes

i start on monday (after i come back from the worldcup)
