Quite often I wake up pretty early for me – around 7 or 8 o’clock. But then I look at the time and think: naaaaah. And go back to sleep. The thing is that when I then wake up again I’m more tired than I was when I first woke up. So, logic says that getting up when I first wake up will give me more time of the day and I should also be more awake. I’m going to try this for the next week and see how it affects my energy levels throughout the day.
