I haven’t been meditating everyday, but on the days that I do meditate, I’ve been able to do at least 30 minutes. Sometimes more. I haven’t felt this calm, peaceful and balanced in a long time.

I could definitely be doing better on this. Maybe I should try 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening.

Change 7 months ago

I’m going to change this goal from perform the 21 Lamrim meditations in 21 days to meditate for 20 minutes every day. At this point, I think this is a much more achievable goal and something that I really need to work on doing everyday.



Laziness 8 months ago

This goal has been on my mind a lot lately. The problem is I feel a really intense laziness when it comes to doing anything about it.
