Today I felt the effect of to little sleep. I was at a conference with many lectures in English (not my native language), and it was really terribly hard to try to concentrate when i just wanted to close mye eyes.
On 6 hours I manage quite well, but 4-5 hours are too little.
Tonight I plan on getting 7 hours, then I will be OK tomorrow.
Enough sleep is SO important for your wellbeing!!!

I used to be very tired in the evenings, can it be possible that my need for sleep has diminished as I have been eating more and more rawfood?
I think I will have to experiment a little to see what is my optimal amount of sleep now. Is 6 and a half hour enough, or should I still try to go for eight hours. I am a bit confused.
I went to bed early yesterday, and slept for 8 hours. Woke up without any alarmclock, felt rested and full of energy. It seems that when my body is free to decide, it says: give my 8 hours, please.
Maybe that is why I have felt so creative lately. During my vacation I am writing a lot every day and sleeping at least 8 hours every night. Normally I get between 6 or 7 hours sleep, often only 6 hours.
I want to continue getting enough sleep after the vacation, but it is not so easy to combine with a fulltime job and a family.
