audition for a play

I think I shall begin looking at available parts and casting calls… It certainly would not hurt to actually go on my first few auditions!!! I’m sure to learn something even if I don’t get a part.

I’ve been blessed with so many qualities that would contribute handily to giving an audience a great performance. I love the arts and I adore Shakespeare, and yet I’ve never tried. I suppose I’ve been afraid of being rejected, but I should think that even the greatest actors of our day have suffered an undue amount of rejection before becoming the successes they are. I shall begin to look into what plays are taking auditions in my area and maybe even look into other avenues as well… I’m excited!!!
