So… I’ve eaten two meals since the last time I said I wasn’t eating anymore… and those were just because I was with Mom and I didn’t want her to know I wasn’t eating. (I mean, sure, I was hungry, but if I lived by myself, I think I could go a lot longer.) Anyway, Breakfast and lunch are now non-existant to me… just the occasional dinner. This weekend though I have drill, so I may have to eat two meal for two days in a row… and weekends in general will be harder too….
PS- I’m down to 132

umk… so i’ve stopped eating. if this doesn’t wrk then nothing will… i think i can go about three days… we’ll see. Just 10 pounds… just 10 pounds…

That’s all I want… 125. But oh, it seems impossible : ( I’m trying not to eat as much, but it seems that the more I try to eat less, the more I eat. It’s weird. One of my solutions is to keep extremely busy, so that I almost don’t have time to eat. I’m at a lot of meetings and such, but sometimes people bring food to the meetings and I just want to scream, “Stop giving me food!” lol… but then everyone would think I was crazy and we don’t want that, now do we?

Well I’m taking the advice that I got and waiting a few more days before I weigh myself. I did alright yesterday, and plus I got some exercise. Tonight I have Taekwondo and I didn’t eat breakfast. I guess that’s good? But I wasn’t actually hungry. I hope I’m losing weight!



well... i did this... and gained a pound 2 years ago

Okay, so I’m really trying, I promise I really am… but I gained a pound yesterday. Today I’m playing tennis though… so I’l be getting excercise. I weigh 134 and I need to weight 125 for… certain reasons. That’s really not even 10 pounds, but I’ve been trying to lose it for almost a year!! Ugh! Any unusual suggestions between trying to eat less and healthier and excercising… because I’m already trying to do that…
