Turning 18, but nowhere to get the license! 2 years ago

I have always thought it would be so cool to be a bartender, and especially going off to college next year, it would be a fun way to make some extra money. I turn 18 in a month, so I really want to work on getting my license!
Only problem is, I live in an old-folks city, and I have no clue where to get this license close by…
I hope to get it before next summer, though!
