Finally tried a Zumba class in my quest to mix up my fitness and do something big to change my life before Labor Day (i.e. get healthier).

A friend suggested this. I’m doing great with the fitness but slipping on the eating and wine calories add up too! Need to stick with my plan of eating less, and adding more fitness in. Don’t become complacent.
