i have been stuck at the same weight
( up 3 pounds/down 3 pounds/up 3 pounds/down 3 pounds)
for a weeks now
i had lost about 16 pounds ( so close to my 20 pound goal) but nothing is really changing.
i know i will meet this goal… but it is still so far away from the ultimate huge goal…. i just have to keep remembering to be positive and know that i am doing right. i quit smoking and i am going to the gym consistenly and i am eating 6 mini healthy meals a day and i can only be doing good here…..
if i stick with it, i will see and feel the change.
i am doing this.

( just a little frustrated and down tonight i guess)
fyi: still down 15 pounds which i am proud of …
i am at a momentary standstill
but i refuse to let that discourage me.
i will keep exercising, i will keep eating right, i will keep at it. it can only get better from here.
i won’t give up. i don’t have time to write…. but i won’t quit!
April 1st: tooooooo much
May 1st: down 12 pounds
May 11th: down 15 pounds (75% of this goal completed)
... and still going strong …
i will document my weight loss on mondays if i remember :)
still exercising, still watching what i eat, still recording what i eat, still reading and researching etc.
i have now lost 11 pounds.
9 more to go and i will have met this goal.
then on to the 30 pound goal.
i can do this.
