about 21 days ago i started watching the amount of water i was drinking in a day. i had to make a conscious effort to bring bottles with me to work and drink them etc.
monday-friday i am drinking 12 eight-ounce glasses of water ( technically, 4 trader joes sports top water bottles).
i drink one bottle by 9:45 a.m.
i drink one bottle by 12:00 p.m.
i drink one bottle by 2:30 p.m.
i drink one bottle by 5:30 p.m
the tough part is this….. on saturdays and sundays my schedule is totally different and thrown off, so my water intake is much lower. once i can consistently drink water on the weekends just like i do on the weekdays, i will consider this goal met.
i have been drinking 9 glasses of water a day, every day, for 2 weeks ( between the hours of 8:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.) and sometimes a couple more glasses in the afternoon and night.
i don’t feel like i am pushing myself to drink it. it just seems natural to me.
i take 3 bottles with me in the morning when i leave for work ( each bottle is equivalent to 3 glasses—- it is a 25 ounce bottle) and drink them all while at work.
this is going well.
so for about a week i have been drinking my 8 glasses of water a day. i find, the more i drink, the thirstier i get… which makes drinking water easier than i thought.
yesterday, i drank a gallon of water ( about 16 eight-ounce glasses). is that too much?
prior to documenting the amount of water i drank in a day…. i noticed sometimes i would go days without any water… i really means days ( like 3-4).
my goal of course is to consistently drink my 8 glasses a day a.k.a. ( 64 ounces).
