worth doing

This is the best feeling ever, to consistently exercise two or more hours every day. I feel great! I’m keeping it on my goals list since it is a daily goal.

I am able to do this about four times a week, and the other three days I only average an hour rather than two. My challenge is doing two hours minimum EVERY day. It’s so hard to find the time. I guess I need to TAKE the time.
