I seem to hit the snooze button ten times before getting up. Also, I position my alarm clock across my room so I have to physically get out of bed to turn it off. However, I find that I sleep walk to the clock and turn it off.
I also have my Blackberry go off every M-F. With the BB, I end up getting up and bringing it to bed with me, hitting “dismiss” every ten minutes.
I think this is not just a fatigue issue, but more of a motivational one. It’s like I don’t want my day to start or something. hmmm
