Be a successful illustrator

OK, i’m currently taking 4 drawing classes, I know all this school will benefit me if I take it as seriously as I have been. Drawing extremely well is so important for this goal, definitely more important than a degree.

I still have a lot of school to go before I graduate, but I feel like if I don’t embrace this with everything I have in me, I will be cheating myself. I’m working full time as a graphic designer, but it’s not what I LOVE. I can’t work 9-5 for the rest of my life. I’m also concerned by the amazing competition out there and I’m afraid I wont be good enough. BUT I will try. :)
