Well I’m 4’11 and I weight right around 175. A healthy weight for my height is 115, which is why I’ve set a goal of 60 pounds. I’m so scared that this time will end up like every other time. I’ve lost weight before. But it stops for months and months. It doesnt just plateau for a bit… it stops. And I get discouraged and stop dieting and gain the weight back. This time I’m determined to get fit.
I want to look great for my trip to california in 5 months. I realize I won’t reach my goal in so short of time. But I want to get part of the way there.
