I’ve been reading up almost every night about breathing techniques and practicing some simple movemements, as a kind of introduction. Maybe next week I will actually start practicing…?
I’ve always wanted to start yoga, but never have. I got a book on Kripalu yoga from the library, so I’m going to get familiar and start this someday soon.
