this has been really easy for me to accomplish lately. my son is now old enough to go outside a lot, and boy does he love it. i really enjoy this. my son loves to be outside, i’m getting some exercise in, and i get to breathe some fresh air everyday. good stuff :)

I feel behind on this one. But I am still working on it and it is very important to me. But I live in Texas and anyone that lives here knows that weather is ridiculous. I try to go out on my lunch break and lately it’s either sleeting/snow, raining, or being completely insane outside. I’m really going to jump into this again though, they say it’s best for me and the baby. :)



starting today 13 months ago

So today on my lunch break I went to the park and ate my salad and then I walked around the pond a few times. Slow start but my back starts hurting really bad if I walk too much, so I think I’m going to have to work up to being able to walk for long periods of time! Atleast I started today!



Doctor recommended 13 months ago

I’m really needing to do this, it’s about the only thing I can do comfortably now in my pregnancy. The weather is perfect too right now in Texas. Breezy fall weather. EVERYONE mommy I talk to says this is the best thing you can do to make sure your pregnancy goes right. So I’m 7 1/2 months right now, the rest of my pregnancy I want to walk as much as I can. I have an hour lunch break next to a park that I can go to. Plus it relieves stress! This is going to have to be a goal until I can get my ass to do it regularly.
