As I start a script-writing course next semester that will gear me to think more like a script/screen writer. Right now I’m stuck on the entire scene thing, believing I have to set it all up for the reader, etc.
wanted to write a sit-com for years and have had several ideas that I felt were worthwhile pursuits, but once I start to write them they don’t feel so worthwhile. I have two ideas right now that I’ve been tossing back and forth for awhile, it’s just a matter of getting it started and not giving up when I hit a snag. I also have an idea for a mini-series that I started in novel-length, but I think it would be much better off in a visual forum.
