but something happened and I fell off the yoga bandwagon. I don’t know why because I felt so much better when I was doing Yoga every day and I had so much more energy. I am resolved to get back on the Yoga kick and will start practicing yoga every day. Light workouts just to stretch and wake up the body on my busy days, more intense yoga on the days I have off. I just plain felt better doing it, so why not do it again?
