Straying a little.... 3 years ago

At first this goal came easy but as I didn’t do it starting it again got harder. I just can’t get myself motivated. I REALLY need to do this goal because I’m going on a trip to Costa Rica and we need to be in very good physical condition. So does anyone have any ideas on how to stay motivated for this goal??

I’ve gotten the two mile thing down- now just to get the 2-3 times a week in. I have at least one and on occasion 2 but I need to keep it constant more at 3 to get the results I want.
