It is insane how much college can make you unhealthy!!! When I am in a semester I am constantly laking sleep and not sleeping well when I do. It effects everything! I need sleep to function properly and do my best in school but when the homework is keeping me up late or even all night nothing is my best. Thankfully I get a long winter break and I have been catching up on some z’s. It feels so good to be well rested and not have much to do the next day. I sleep peacfully since I am not thinking about a million things I should be doing, it’s wonderful! Classes start again on the 16th and I am wondering how I am going to be able to keep getting some good sleep.

I wake up feeling like a Zombie, and need my caffeine fix. How can I feel like I am getting enough sleep. It doesn’t matter if it’s 5 hours or 10. I still want more. When will it ever be enough? I just want to wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day, I feel like that doesn’t really exist, and the people who seem well rested are faking it with a caffeine fix like the rest of us…...off to bed, goodnight.
