My new bedtime is going to be 10.30, every night. I find this makes it easier to get up, as opposed to when I get too much sleep. My alarm is going off at 6.00am, and I am still pushing snooze for 30 mins. Im going to cut the snooze time down to 15 mins starting toight, and let my alarm go off at 6.

This is going to be tough. The reason I want to do this is, I want to go to the gym before work in the mornings. If I want to do this Im going to have to get up at 5.30am. Im managing 6.30 at the moment. This week I will get up at 6.30, then next week 6, then 5.30. Till then I will have to keep going to the gym after work.
