One down, two more to go! I got a little slack following my payment schedule-not paying enough each month. But then I snapped out of it and got one of those suckers paid off! I liked having the security of more money in the bank, especially since I don’t have to make such large payments; but I figured I haven’t need it yet-so payment crazy I’m about to go! I’m also going to exert a ton of self control and put my tax refund into my loans. We’ll see how that goes! :)

I’ve developed a schedule and have started putting one paycheck a month to my student loans! I’ll have one paid off in 3 months, then I can concentrate on the other ones—I figure, along with the amortization table I made in Excel (yes, I am a dork)that I can have everything paid off in about 5 years—pretty good considering the original payback schedule is for 20 years! Yikes!
