2. A yummy peanut butter and banana sandwich on wheat bread, plus a small snack pack of Chips Ahoy cookies, 550 calories but worth it to a starving tummy!
I am not going to list any more . . . it is too terrible to contemplate. Suffice it to say I did not do well!

2. Rotisserie chicken and diet pepsi, about 2pm, 200 calories max and sooooo yummy
3. pineapple, cantaloupe and grapes, 200 calories max
4. Rotisserie chicken and honey wheat bread, 400 calories
5. Pumpkin cream cheese roll and cool whip, 300 calories
6. Apple, 100 calories
7. Rice pudding (sugar free) 100 calories
8. carrots and ranch dressing 100 calories
9. Ugh! late at night, could not sleep and needed some comfort food. Limited myself to a bit of turkey pepperoni and wheat bread. Grrr . . . a good 25o calories added on to the total.

2. Carrots dipped in ranch dressing 100 calories max
3. Cantaloupe and pineapple with yogurt dressing 100 calories max
4. Ham and cheese on wheat 300 calories max
5. pumpkin and cream cheese roll with cool whip, 300 calories max
6. 5 coffee nips (yummy hard candies) as a sweet treat while reading before bed—150 calories max

S—Out of desperation, chewy sour candies from vending machine
D—Lean cuisine sandwich, ice cream
S, which is more like D #2—piece of garlic toast, small piece of eggplant dish, small piece of cake.
Gah. Not a good day.
