I just started walking/jogging/running last week and I do it every morning at about 6:30. I also do the strength training workout at Glamour.com about three to four times a week. I’m actually surprised at myself for being so committed, but then again I’ve never weighed this much before.
I’ve lost 7 lbs in the past week because I was entirely inactive before I started. I feel awesome! Hopefully, I don’t gain any of it back.
