Well today I made healthy choices when I was eating. I choose fruit snacks over chips that were calling my name and I choose to eat a bowl of cereal over the greasy breakfast I wanted to cook. I think I am headed in the right direction.

I am taking steps backwards all I’ve had to eat today is a cup of ice cream and a sandwhich and it’s 5pm. That is sooo not a balanced meal. Maybe I can eat a balanced dinner and start over again tomorrow.
