I’ve been doing extremely well with this lately. I’ve fought the urge to repeat and spread around so much stuff lately it’s crazy. It only bothers me when I initally hear the news and I want to tell but if I fight those urges and I don’t tell someone even when presented with the oppurtunity then the urge to tell that piece of info subsides. I’m going to wait a little longer before I declare this conqured but with some of the news I was able to keep to myself lately I know I am more than half way there.
