So yeah, it seems lot of my goals have synergies with eachother. Almost like good ol’ Diablo2 :).
Eat breakfast every day would have the synergy:
[Gain weight +2]
And gain weight would have ( for me at least):
[Get in shape +1]
So nerdy, but lovin’ it!
Managed to have a relaxing pre-work morning , with cereals and omelette on toast. Feels good to have something in my stomach.
My alarm goes off, 30 minutes later I stand up, take a shower, get dressed, drink something and rush off on the bike to catch my train.
This morning I managed to cram some cereal with milk in that routine. It felt good to have some energy at least.
For tomorrow I bought eggs and toast and am going to try to stand up when my alarm goes off, relax and eat some delicious eggs with toast without rushing it all.
