I’ve discovered that having guests over puts a real cramp in my studying. Well, my in-laws are moved on now, so it’s back to the SRS.

I’ve made flash cards from further comments on my Easter letter. Lots of good feedback.
I wrote a detailed letter about what I did Easter weekend and sent it to six Spanish penpals to be critiqued. I’ve got one back already and it’s been helpful.
On www.sharedtalk.com the other day, I sent a few people a summary of my day, in Spanish, and asked for their corrections. I received those corrections today. Yeah! Also, I asked for clarification of “favor de” and “podría”. (The first is a polite order, the second is a polite request.) And clarification of “me gustó” and “disfruté”. (I liked vs. I enjoyed).
It was a good day.
For me, right now, exchanging mail and getting it corrected is a really good thing. So I got some good corrections today, and entered them in my SRS. Speaking of SRS, I’m keeping up well with it.
I got the pen pal I was looking for. Corresponded once.
I’m worn out. Doing the SRS was hard today. But I’m through it now.
I worked up the courage to have a Spanish chat today. That was rewarding. :) Yesterday, I missed my SRS work, so I had to double up today.
The concept behind www.livemocha.com is great: language exchange. But their website seems to be buggy with no quick fixes. I’m hunting for another language exchange website, but no luck so far.
I’m current with my SRS flashcards.
