I had jury duty today. Rather than ride the tram back to the parking structure, I walked the 3/4 mile back. A good fast walk. Then I ran up to the 6th level instead of taking the elevator. Well, actually, I rad up to the 5th floor, then walked to the 6th. I was SO tired by the 5th.
I’m on track with exercise today. Gained a few pounds though. :(
I need to start earlier in the evening. I missed Thursday and Friday. Today I got a good workout in though. WII aerobics, strength, and yoga.
I didn’t exercise today. I’ll try to exercise with Joy early in the evening.
