learn to ride a motorcycle

Looking into how much this will cost over in Australia. I’d love to learn to drive too, but we’ll see which works out better financially!

That’s the time for this goal!
I can’t afford my big NYC escape this coming year so this will do nicely :D Been proper looking into courses around Edinburgh (seems a lot easier to get into than driving a car!) so we’ll see how I go :D

This is something I’ve always wanted to do; I never really felt the need to learn to drive a car (though I will one day, just as soon as I find a 1956 Ford Thunderbird in baby blue), but motorbikes always appealed to me (I think it’s the whole James Dean thing that really set it off).
I’m going to save up my pennies and get to it as soon as I can, though I don’t think it’s going to be likely for a good year or so, what with flights to Australia and Toronto to consider, as well as the search for a flat next year.

And of course, there’s the scooter hurdle.
