I quit drinking Coca Cola and eating too much fatty foods a week ago, so far so good… boiled fish and water by the gallon… i am not on a diet but merely changing my eating habits, i have cut out sugar almost also… (half a teaspoon in tea from previous 2 spoons), soon i will cut out sugar altogether BUT i will treat myself once a week to a nice meal and dessert that is my favourite… i will just eat less of it when i do.
