I learned German in high school, and studied it for a few years more in college, but now I have lost almost all of the vocabulary. I still know how to conjugate the verbs and such, but I just don’t know what the verbs, or the nouns for that matter, mean any more. Time to dig out those old copies of Der Spiegel and see if I can get back into it…
