I’m moving to Charlottesville VA. I’ll probly rent for a while but may be able to afford a small home in a couple years. i’ve heard rumors of homes costing 100k less than the cheapest i can find here in mass.
i don’t mind the idea of owning a tiny home with a little yard. no worse than an apartment. mabye we can fix something up and earn a little extra value.
