A way of making sure you get fit and stay fit. Do a little every day, and keep going until you reach your goal!
This is really linked to 2 other goals that I’ve now deleted, namely: “LOSE WEIGHT” and “EXERCISE REGULARLY”.
The linked goals, which this one should help me achieve, are to get down to 15 stone and to exercise at least 3 times a week (150 times) during 2008.
