This weekend I was able to touch my toes on command but for some reason it is not working for me this week. But I am really close.
This goal will be completed once I can touch my toes with little effort whenever I want!

For many years I could barely touch my knees let alone my toes.
Since hurting my knees I have been stretching twice a day which has helped out my knees a lot. I want to be able to say I am finaly flexible so I figure a good metric for that is when I can touch my knees.
