Disabled New Yorker wants to move to Fairbanks 14 months ago

I live in NYC and want to move to Fairbanks, AK. I’m disabled on Social Security with very low income. I live in an SRO apt./room in NYC and have Section 8. Does anyone know if there are any SRO type apt. bldgs. in Fairbanks or single room/studio rentals that take Section 8?
