I am not journalling, 1 month ago

But I am blogging. It isn’t the same, that is for sure, because my blog is about weight loss and related issues, but at the same time, I am having fun writing about some things that bother me. Nothing is more fun than writing about things that bother you. It is like the best part of journalling! Shortly I will start my own blog blog and journal away.



Step one, create a blog 13 months ago

I already have a blog, but I think I want to start fresh with this one. I need a name and then I will fire it up at blogspot.



I am totally moving this up on my list... 15 months ago

Years ago I went on a trip to the south pacific. It was four months and I journaled regularly. I enjoyed it and even had some guest contributors. I was able to capture how I felt and what I was doing so well. When I reread the journal, which I do every five or so years, I really enjoy it and it brings back a whole bunch of memories that would have been lost forever. I am going to start this right away, I am sick of losing memories of my life. I might start with some stories. Maybe a 2 part thing, part one, whatever I am thinking, part 2 a memory.



Not sure if I really want to journal or blog... 2 years ago

I really love paper. I collect notebooks. I can’t help myself, when I see a handsome notebook I have to buy it.

That said, I can’t write as fast as I can type. Over the last dozen years I have gotten into the mode of typing at the speed I think. I really doubt that I could write fast enough to even make it worthwhile….

Decisions, decisions. My blog would have to be totally private though, if I am going to really write my life.
