Visit Japan

So, I’m still interested in going. I realized this will cost me at least $2k. I guess i wouldn’t mind that. The only thing that is really holding me back right now, is that I’m not going with anyone. I suppose that’s okay but another thing that troubles me, is that I don’t know what to do. There are SO many things to do over there but i definitely see myself going to a lot of the temples, shrines and just staying close to the nature aspect of Japan. That appeals to me more than the big cities.

I have been learning more japanese. I haven’t been learning a LOT, but I still keep myself up to date on everything. I have to go very soon though, because I fear I’ll never go.

i’ve always had this goal. I haven’t put this on my new account yet so I guess now’s a good time to do it.

Anyway, I just feel that if I went over there i’d be very intimidated. I’ve actually been teaching myself Japanese and its hard as hell. I guess its being able to know the language isn’t the most indimidating part but just being there. I think of it just being an “overload” of sorts.

I guess another thing is just going alone. Most likely, i’d go by myself and I guess that would be good. I wouldn’t have to worry about doin stuff I wouldn’t want to but yet I wouldn’t want to be all alone in this HUGE island archipilago (however the hell you spell it).

I was thinking of doin a snowbaording trip that goes to Niseko and its for like 13 days. I’d get to Narita first and would just be snowboarding pretty much everyday in Japan. I gues the only problem with that would be i’d snowbaord too much and not see the rest of the country. Not to mention its about $7K. WAY too much money. OH well. I’ll figure something out. I guess i’m just saving up my money now…
