ok after a year of dieting and procrastinating and starving and not excercising i’m finally going to do it.
current weight: 140 (yuck)
height: 5’5” (with 140 i should be 5’9”, then i would feel better)
goal weight (for now): 130
started doing excercise tv. maybe i will go to the gym and try and regain my spectacular running talents (ok, i never had any). now i just need to get the thought that if you excercise for 10 minutes you can eat 5 cookies and its okay.
lol. this is gonna be hard. i’ll check back in about a week (or 2, don’t hold your breath), and I could really use some help or tips, so anyone please feel free to help the desperate.
