As I have said in my “Learn French” goal, I have always found languages fascinating. My mother’s side is of German descent, my father’s side of French descent, and Spanish is just all over the place so it’s good to learn. I know a good bit of Spanish, but I always want more. I want to study all of these languages and not get them mixed up. I never have before. For some reason I can keep them straight and remember which words are Spanish, French, or German. It just seems easy to me. I hope it continues to be this way once I really get into them. I want to make friends that are native German speakers but can also speak English very well. I want to take college courses in these languages and be as fluent as possible in all three. It will undoubtedly take quite a bit of time to reach that goal, but what else is there but time until we die?
